Guntash Gill

Guntash Gill is an accomplished lawyer with a diverse legal background and a passion for advocating justice and equality. Her extensive experience includes representing clients in various levels of courts, including the Court of Kings Bench of Alberta, Provincial Court of Alberta, and the Alberta Court of Appeal. With her sharp legal acumen and dedication to her clients, Guntash has built a reputation for her professionalism, strategic thinking, and courtroom skills.

Guntash holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Leicester, where she excelled in her studies and developed a deep understanding of the legal system. During her time at the University of Leicester, she was a member of the Pro Bono Society and the University of Leicester Law Society. After completing her education, Guntash successfully received her Certificate of Qualification issued by the National Committee on Accreditation of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada in 2020. Guntash was called to the bar in 2021 and has since been making significant contributions to the legal profession.

In addition to her legal practice, Guntash is an active board member of the South Asian Bar Association, where she plays a vital role in promoting diversity and inclusion within the legal community. Her commitment to equity and representation is further evident in her involvement as a committee member of the Canadian Bar Association Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion committee. Outside of her legal work, Guntash embraces a well-rounded lifestyle. She finds joy in exploring different cultures through her travels with her family, discovering new culinary experiences at local restaurants, and finding solace in the company of her beloved dog, Bruno. Guntash's love for adventure and her appreciation for the finer things in life provide her with a balanced perspective and an ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Guntash maintains a Family Law practice with a focus on Divorce, Child Custody, Spousal and Child Support, Separation Agreements, Pre/Post Nuptial Agreements, Co-Habitation Agreements, and Parenting.
